Bhakri (bhākri, bhākkari, bhākari, bhākhri, bhākhari) is a round flatbread (roti) often used in the cuisine of the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Karnataka in India. The bhakri prepared using jowar or bajra is coarser than a regular wheat chapati.
